SUBSTANCE: cable for transmitting electrical signals includes an outer shell consisting of a polymer material which includes an electrically conductive substance mixed with the polymer material and causing the outer shell to be electrically semiconducting. Outer shell includes a plurality of insulated wires extending through the space within the outer shell over the length of the outer shell. Each insulated wire includes an electrically conductive core surrounded by an electrically insulating material. Shell earthing wire located inside the outer shell extends over the length of the outer shell.
EFFECT: shell earthing wire includes electrically conducting core in direct electrical contact with inner side of outer shell in multiple places.
