FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microscale reactors with colliding microfluids of two fluid flows – devices for various quick reactions, mainly with formation of solid particles as product, and can be used in chemical and other technologies, including for production of nanosized particles, including oxide ones. In jet microreactor containing housing and branch pipes with nozzles for supply of initial components and branch pipe for discharge of products, each of nozzles is made at an angle to axis of corresponding branch pipe, branch pipe is able to turn relative to housing around its axis, and each of branch pipe is connected by means of pipeline with pulsation device in form of variable-volume chamber connected to drive of oscillatory movements. Method for controlling jet microreactor comprises feeding initial components into branch pipes with nozzles, wherein main components are supplied with base frequency f, additional components are supplied with frequencies exceeding base frequency f by 2–10 times, modulated with base frequency f, wherein supply of additional components is carried out only with positive value of instantaneous consumption of main components.
EFFECT: invention increases output of nanosized crystals, increases flexibility of controlling process parameters, achieve more complete use of reagents, reduce power consumption for non-productive supply of reagent solutions, reduce costs for separation of desired product of crystalline structure from by-products and residues of initial components.
