FIELD: macro-and micro mixing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multi-stage microreactor-mixer with swirling flows and can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food technologies, including for the production of nanoscale particles. Multistage microreactor-mixer with swirling flows contains a body, nozzles for supplying solutions of the main and additional components and a nozzle for removing products. The body has a multi-tier shape, with each tier corresponding to one mixing stage. The tiers are located coaxially to each other, each tier includes a cover, a cylindrical part that turns into a conical confuser with a neck in the narrow part, and the last tier is equipped with a conical expansion in the form of a diffuser, with an outlet in the form of a branch nozzle for product removal. On each tier, at least one nozzle is installed tangentially to the cylindrical part of the body, and a central nozzle is installed in the cover of the upper tier coaxially with the body. Moreover, the main and additional components can be supplied both through tangentially installed nozzles, and through the central nozzle, and the number of nozzles for each component can be more than one.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide a high level of macro- and micro mixing, to expand the functional characteristics of the apparatus, and to carry out multistage run-away reactions.
