SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a microreactor-mixer with counter swirling flows of reagent solutions for mixing, dissolving, emulsifying, extracting and can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. The microreactor-mixer contains two swirl chambers 5, each of which contains a cover 6, a cylindrical part 7, which turns into a conical confuser 8 with a neck 9 in a narrow part, while in each swirl chamber 5 tangentially to the cylindrical part of the body 1, one or more branch pipes are installed 2a, 2b for feeding the initial components, and in the cover 6 of each swirl chamber 5 coaxially with the body 1 there is a branch pipe 3 for supplying additional components and a mixing chamber 10, in which the necks 9 of each swirl chamber 5 are located coaxially to each other, and the necks 9 are located relative to each other another with an axial clearance with the possibility of adjusting the axial clearance between the necks 9, while the mixing chamber 10 is equipped with a branch pipe 4 for removing the products of mixing.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the productivity of the apparatus and a high intensity of mixing solutions.
