FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to titanium alloys suitable for cold rolling. Beta-titanium alloy suitable for cold rolling contains, wt%: molybdenum from 13.0 to 20.0, niobium from 2.0 to 4.0, silicon from 0.1 to 0.4, aluminum from 3.0 to 5.0, zirconium from more than 0.0 to 3.0 , tin from more than 0.0 to 5.0, oxygen from more than 0.0 to 0.25 and titanium and random impurities – the rest. In an alternative version, content of components satisfies the following conditions: 6.0 wt%≤X wt%≤7.5 wt%; 3.5 wt%≤Y wt.%≤5.15 wt%, where X wt%=aluminum+tin/3+zirconium/6+10·(oxygen+nitrogen+carbon) and Y wt%=aluminum+silicon·(zirconium+tin).
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high values of ultimate tensile strength, creep strength and oxidation at high temperatures.
