FIELD: moulding.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to casting prefabricated concrete articles by mold pouring. More specifically, the invention relates to a method and a device for feeding a concrete mixture into a molding mold mounted on a bench, e. g. on a molding table. Disclosed is a method of casting concrete products by pouring into a mold, wherein the concrete mixture is fed into a casting mold from a casting device, which is moved above the mold and which contains container for concrete mixture and nozzle, connected to lower part of container for concrete mixture. Concrete mix vibrates under action of vibro-block located at least partially inside nozzle of casting device. Note here that said concrete mix vibrates inside said nozzle under action of vibro-block performing solely vertical vibrating motion. Vertical movement of concrete mixture inside nozzle is intensified by means of ledges located on outer surface of vibro-block in area, located inside the nozzle, or the surface of the vibro-block located inside the nozzle, has a zigzag shape for increasing the downward movement of the concrete mixture inside the nozzle.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of casting concrete products due to faster casting of casting device.
