FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Main gas pipeline compressor station consists of the gas compressor unit (GCU), electrically driven GCU and utilization gas turbine electric power unit (UGTPU). Driven gas compressor unit is equipped with the regenerative heat exchanger in the exhaust gas duct. UGTPU has the additional regenerative heat exchanger in the exhaust gas duct. UGTPU compressor output is connected to its combustion chamber by two compressed air pipelines, first pipeline connects the compressor to the combustion chamber through the driving GCU regenerative heat exchanger and the heated compressed air pipeline, second pipeline connects compressor to the UGTPU combustion chamber through the additional regenerative heat exchanger. Use of the additional electric line with electric switches, the control systems, the impulse lines, natural gas consumption sensor in the main gas pipeline and the fuel to the combustion chamber supply control device allows enable the two electric driven GCU operation both at the nominal load, and their operation on partial loads with their electric motors frequency control. Utilization power gas turbine installation start with the electric generator revolutions number gradual increase allows to perform the non-operating electric driven GCU smooth frequency starts and increase in their loading.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the UGTPU electric power, to enable the electrically driven GCU operation both at nominal and at particular loads, to reduce the gas transportation cost price.
