SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas transportation through main gas pipelines and can be used to increase the power and efficiency of a plant with a gas compressor unit. The combined plant with a gas pumping unit and a subatmospheric power plant contains a gas pumping unit with a compressor, a combustion chamber, a gas turbine, a regenerative air heater, a natural gas blower, and a subatmospheric power plant containing a gas turbine, a combustion chamber, an M-cycle apparatus, a compressor, an electric generator; the M-cycle apparatus, installed between the gas turbine and the compressor, has two "dry" and one "wet" channels separated by metal walls, the surfaces of which are covered with an infiltration layer wetted by water. Additionally, an air cleaning and mixing device was installed in front of the compressor of the gas-pumping unit and connected through an additional moist air pipeline to the outlet of the “wet” channel of the M-cycle apparatus connected to the subatmospheric power plant, while the inlet of the heating surface of the regenerative air heater is connected to the atmosphere, and its outlet connected to the combustion chamber of the subatmospheric power plant.

EFFECT: invention increases the power and efficiency of a plant with a gas compressor unit.
