FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery, and can be used for prevention of hospital infection of autodermosed graft in the postoperative period. Method for prevention of infectious processes in skin grafting involves detecting retrospective analysis of actual hospital microflora, which is a cause of local wound complications in skin grafting, preparation of a set of bacteriophages to which the detected hospital pathogens are sensitive, and then preparing the dressing for a recipient wound by applying on a polyvinyl alcohol film containing a phosphate buffer with pH 6.6÷7.8 in amount of (1÷3)×10-5 mol/g, 0.05–0.2 ml/cm2 bacteriophage solution to which the detected hospital pathogens are sensitive, followed by covering the transplant and the recipient wound with the prepared gel plate.
EFFECT: invention provides creating a medium that maintains activity of bacteriophages in dressing for 3-4 days, which allows to not change the dressing during this period, reducing risk of transplant bias to a minimum.
