SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, aesthetic surgery and traumatology. Donor area is divided into squares 2×2 cm. Into the center of each square, botulinum toxin in dose of 2–4 units is introduced intradermally. Total dose of the preparation during the procedure should not exceed 250 units. Autoderm transplant is withdrawn from donor region 3–7 days later.

EFFECT: method enables increasing the engrafted autodermograft engraftment area on the recipient wound.
