FIELD: calculating; counting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Buffer amplifier for operation at low temperatures comprises input and output of device, non-inverting voltage follower, high-ohmic input of which is connected to input of device, current output is connected to first bus of power supply source, and low-ohmic potential output is connected to device output, inverting amplifier matched with second bus of power supply source, current output of which is connected to device output, and input is connected to second bus of power supply through matching bipolar and connected to collector of first auxiliary transistor, wherein the emitter of the first auxiliary transistor is connected to the emitter of the second auxiliary transistor and is connected through the current-stabilizing bipolar to the first power supply bus, wherein the first and second auxiliary transistors used are field-effect transistors with a p-n-junction control, the drain of which corresponds to a collector, a source-emitter, a gate-base of a bipolar transistor, and a matching reference source is used as the matching bipolar component.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of radiation-resistant and low-temperature circuitry of buffer amplifier.
