FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of micro-nanoscale porous structures on the surface of products made of titanium or its alloys. Method of manufacturing a micro-nanostructured porous layer on the surface of an intraosseous implant consists in the preliminary preparation of the surface of the base of the implant, made of titanium, including mechanical polishing of the titanium base and surface cleaning. In this case, the surface of titanium implants is additionally treated in atmospheric air by line-by-line scanning beam of a pulsed fiber laser with a radiation wavelength of 1.064 mcm, an output power of 10–20 W, with a pulse repetition rate of 20–40 kHz, a maximum pulse energy of 1.0–3.0 mJ and a scanning speed of 100–200 mm/s, with a conditional size of a laser spot on the treated surface of 10–15 mcm and a line spacing of 10–20 mcm, then the surface of the implant is subjected to chemical etching in an electrolyte solution of 500 ml of HCl (density 1.19 g/ml); 500 ml H2O; 170 g/l NH4F*HF at room temperature 25–30 °C aged 2–3 min, followed by washing in water and aging for 30–40 min in HNO3 solution (400 g/l) at a temperature of 55–60 °C followed by washing in water, after which annealing is finally carried out in a furnace at a temperature of 400–550 °C in a vacuum.
EFFECT: invention provides a structure of biocompatible (bioinert) micro-nanocoatings on implants, increasing the wettability and suction capacity of implants.
