FIELD: devices for grinding of materials.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises cylindrical housing (1) with loading (2) and unloading (3) devices. In housing (1) there are left and right (4 and 5) disks are vertically disposed with the possibility of counter rotation with rows of impact elements (6 and 7), respectively, each of which is located between rows of impact elements of opposite disc (4 and 5). Horizontal perforated cylinder (8) is rigidly attached to the peripheral part of left disc (4) behind the outer row of impact elements (7) belonging to right disc (5). On inner wall of horizontal perforated cylinder (8) is rigidly attached transporting spiral tape (9), height exceeding 2dmax, where dmax is maximum size of finished product particle. Left vertical ring (10) with outer ribbed surface is rigidly attached to end of horizontal perforated cylinder (8). Right vertical ring (11) with inner ribbed surface is rigidly attached to the end of right disc (5). Horizontal gap between ledges of ribs of left (10) and right (11) vertical rings exceeds 2dmax. Holes (12) of horizontal perforated cylinder (8) are made in the form of truncated cone, smaller base of which with size of not less than 2dmax is located on inner wall of horizontal perforated cylinder (8).
EFFECT: provides increased grinding process efficiency and productivity for the finished product.
