Disclosed an antibody and its antigen-binding fragment, which specifically bind to PcrV Pseudomonas, as well as a bispecific antibody containing a domain, which binds Psl Pseudomonas, and a domain which binds to PcrV Pseudomonas. Invention also describes: a polynucleotide molecule coding the antibody according to the invention; composition containing the disclosed antibody, and a method for preventing or treating an infection caused by Pseudomonas.

EFFECT: present invention can find further application in therapy.
