FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of welded steel structures from similar in thickness and physicochemical properties workpieces protected from electrochemical corrosion, which is used for linings of ships and multi-purpose metal pipelines. In the method for reducing thermoelectromotive forces (TEMF) arising in the welded joint of the linings of marine vessels, and suppressing electrochemical corrosion of the welding zones of the hulls of marine vessels, the TEMF is reduced in all welded joints of the hulls.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the complexity and duration of the production of metalwork protection from electrochemical corrosion due to multiple reductions in the amount of the most time-consuming operations for measuring the TEMF of combinations of blanks in panels, sections of ship hulls in the manufacture and repair, as well as to expand the technological capabilities of its use in the absence of a device for measuring thermoelectric power station at a shipbuilding or ship repair enterprise, with a limited amount of welding work and with the loss of certificates for steel products and violation of billet marking.
