SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to dairy industry. Composition contains milk whey, pectin from sea grass Zostera and apple juice or grape juice, or orange, with the following content of components, wt. %: pectin from sea herb Zostera 0.2–0.4; juice 45–50; milk whey the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product with low caloric content, increased biological value and high consumer properties.
