SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dairy industry. A drink based on whey of functional purpose includes whey in the amount of 40.0-60.0, juice from blueberries with a mass fraction of solids of 55% in the amount of 30.0-40.0 and syrup from crowberry berries with a mass fraction of solids 65% in the amount of 10.0-20.0. The content of the initial components is expressed in wt.%.
EFFECT: invention provides for the expansion of the range of drinks based on functional whey with improved quality indicators.
