SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dust collection technique. Dust collection unit with a vibroacoustic cyclone contains a vibroacoustic cyclone of the first stage of the dust collection unit, which is connected to an acoustic column and a vibrator installed in a conical hopper. Installation consists of a cylindrical and conical parts and a gas stream located in its upper part of the peripheral input and an axial outlet branch pipe of the purified gas. Fine dust collecting apparatus includes a frame body with fences, a support part with a dust collecting bin and a dust collector mounted on the base, as well as the inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector with bag-type filters, respectively, with inlet and outlet branches. In the entrance duct of the dust collecting device, a collector with injectors of the fire and explosion safety system is installed with a control unit connected electronically to a common microprocessor. Each of the nozzles of the system for ensuring the fire-explosion safety of the device includes a body and a coaxially disposed and rigidly connected to it in the upper part of the fitting with an inlet cylindrical hole connected to the diffuser, which is axially symmetric in the housing, on the cut-out of which is located a perforated disk, and in the lower part of the housing there is an axially symmetric housing of the nozzle with at least three projections centering it in the axial cylindrical chamber, the nozzle is provided with a central hole on whose inner surface a screw thread is made, and between the perforated disk and the nozzle is placed a hollow screw-shaped coniform swirl nozzle with a screw thread, and the nozzle is pressed against the nozzle housing by a threading bead with a central confuser.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the fire and explosion safety level of the dust collection process.
