SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to single-atom spray nozzle device for spray drying, to apparatus for spray drying and method of spray drying. Single-phase spray nozzle device for a sprayer comprises a nozzle provided with at least one nozzle opening for discharge of the sprayed drops of the product to be dried, and at least one inlet for supply of said product to the vortex chamber of the nozzle. Single-phase spraying nozzle device comprises a device for real-time control of the size of the released drops during the spray drying process. Proposed device comprises plunger to adjust volume of nozzle vortex chamber based on parameters of spray drying process and product parameters obtained in real time during spray drying process. Besides, in the device of wall of vortex chamber nozzles do not have surface, on which turbulence is created. Product to be dried has viscosity varying from 1 to 1,000 mPa·s. Apparatus for spray drying comprises a nozzle device. Method for spray drying involves spraying a paste-like product in a sprayer nozzle device into a drying chamber and providing a drying chamber with a drying chamber for drying a paste-like product to a powder.

EFFECT: possibility of adjusting the geometrical shape of the nozzle device in real time based on parameters of the spray drying process, which reduces the time of unplanned downtime of the apparatus due to considerable reduction of cleaning time due to minimization of contamination of equipment.
