FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing aromatic copolyester-sulphone ketones (CPESK), which can be used as thermo- and heat-resistant structural polymer materials. First version of the method of producing copolyester-sulphon ketone involves polycondensation reaction between: 4,4'-dichlorodiphenyl sulphone, 4,4'-fluorobenzophenone, which are electrophilic reagents, and 4,4'-dioxydiphenyl, which is a nucleophilic reagent. Second version of the method of producing copolyester-sulphon ketone involves polycondensation reaction between 4,4'-dioxydiphenyl sulphone 4,4'-dioxydiphenyl, which are nucleophilic reagents, and 4,4'-fluorobenzophenone, which is an electrophilic reagent. Reaction is carried out in medium of N,N-dimethylacetamide by continuous method at stepwise loading of components. Reaction mixture was diluted with N,N-dimethylacetamide distilled off during the synthesis.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain polymers with high heat and heat resistance, and high physical and mechanical properties.
