SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to aromatic copolyester-sulphone ketones and a method for production thereof, used as thermo- and heat-resistant structural polymer materials. Said copolyester-sulphone ketones have the following structure:

, where the number of links corresponds to m = 1–9, n = 9–1, c = 1–9, d = 9–1. Method of producing chlorine-containing aromatic copolyester-sulphone ketones involves reacting high-temperature polycondensation of 3,3',5,5'-tetramethyldiphenylol propane, 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulphone and 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone, or 4,4'-dioxydiphenylsulphone, 3,3',5,5'-tetramethyldiphenylolpropane and 4,4'-difluorobenzoferon in N,N-dimethylacetamide medium flowing for 5 hours at temperature of 170 °C, hexachlorobenzene is introduced, where as the solvent is distilled during synthesis of chlorine-containing aromatic copolyester-sulphone ketones N,N-dimethylacetamide.
EFFECT: obtained chlorine-containing aromatic copolyester-sulphone ketones have high thermo- and heat-resistance, solubility and physical-mechanical properties.
