FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing aromatic copolyarylene ether ketones through a high-temperature polycondensation reaction based on diphenylol propane, difluorobenzophenone, in a dimethylacetamide medium using hydroquinone, wherein introduction of diols into reaction medium takes place in accordance with their activity, initially introduced is less active diol, and then – more active, with molar ratio of diols from 0.1 to 0.9 and from 0.9 to 0.1, at the end of the synthesis process, the reaction mixture is diluted with dimethylacetamide, which is distilled off during production of copolyarylene ether ketones.
EFFECT: saving the solvent, simplifying the step of extracting the polymer, reducing the cost of producing aromatic copolyarylene ether ketones by diluting the reaction mixture distilled during production of dimethylacetamide.
