SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by user authentication of computing device (CD) by means of user module (UM) located in CD, where user authentication is two-factor; transmitting by first UM a request through a server module in accordance with access rights to a second UM, where the request contains attributes of the time for creating and sending requests; and transmitting second UM response to first UM, with attribute content of second UM request reception time, second UM request review time and second UM response sending time. Depending on the responses received from the modules, the task has a "completed" / "not completed" state. Type of task is taken into account – opening a message, preparing a response to a request, selecting a response variant, switching over the proposed link, staying within the said geolocation, etc., or a combination thereof. Umbrella transmission and data exchange between modules are arranged.

EFFECT: reduced time for processing requests, replies between server and computing devices (CD) users while maintaining high level of protection from unauthorized access to CD specific user.
