FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for fixation of patient and positioning of implants in hip replacement consists of two front tabs for fixation of pelvis with post, arranged with the possibility of movement and fixed fixation on one of their posts under each other, a hind leg for fixation of a breast with a rack which is located with possibility of movement and fixed fixation on the rack, two identical front and back lower guides for fixation of wings of iliac bones and two identical front and back top guides for fixation of wings of iliac bones. Front upper and lower guides for fixation of wings of iliac bones are arranged with the possibility of movement and fixed fixation on one of their posts one under another. Rear upper and lower guides for fixation of wings of iliac bones are arranged with the possibility of movement and fixed fixation on one of their posts under each other. Upper and lower clamping plates for fixation of pelvis have shape of cylinder, are arc-curved. Lower clamping plates for fixation of pelvis are connected and have the possibility of movement and fixed fixation with front and rear lower guides for fixation of wings of iliac bones and are located on outer side of posts fixing front and rear lower guides for fixing wings of iliac bones. Above lower clamping straps for fixation of pelvis there are upper clamping plates for fixation of pelvis, which are connected and have the possibility of movement and fixed fixation with front and rear upper guides for fixation of wings of iliac bones and are located on outer side of posts fixing front and rear upper guides for fixation of wings of iliac bones. Two rear lugs for fixation of pelvis with post are arranged with the possibility of movement and fixed fixation on one of their posts one under another. Third front tab for fixing the pelvis with the post is arranged with the possibility of movement and fixed fixation on its post. All posts are secured at the edges of the surgical table. In addition, there is a horizontal bar of cylindrical shape located above the upper clamping plates for fixing the pelvis, attached to their posts with possibility of movement and fixed fixation on these posts. U-shaped platform is made in the form of three guides with scales on them. Each of parallel guides of U-shaped platform by one of its ends is movably connected to horizontal plank with hinged joint so that it is possible to turn U-shaped platform from plane parallel to plane of operating table to plane perpendicular to plane of operating table, and fixed fixation in extreme positions. By the other end each of parallel guides is rigidly connected to the corresponding ends of the third guide. To parallel guides of flat-topped platform perpendicular there attached is movable plank in form of parallelepiped with scale applied on it with possibility of movable plank movement along these guides and fixed fixation on them. Moving plate accommodates block in the form of cube with possibility of movement along it and fixed fixation on it. Tube is attached to the side surface of the cube fixed perpendicular to the plane of the U-shaped platform, in which there is a measuring device made in the form of a rod with a scale and with possibility of movement and fixed fixation in the tube.

EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of installation of endoprosthesis components when performing total hip replacement in position on the side.
