FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for positioning the hip component of the hip joint prosthesis consists of a guide in the form of a rectangular plate. Lower end of the guide has a clamp to fix the guide on the knee joint. At the upper end of the guide there is a longitudinal scale and two through holes arranged one above the other, perpendicular to its wide side. Upper hole is designed under the needle to define an apex of greater trochanter, and the lower hole is intended for a self-tapping rod for insertion into an area of the upper third of femur. On the guide there is the first detachable moving unit, in the center of which there is a through hole of rectangular shape for installation on the guide. On one side of the first detachable movable unit there is a threaded hole perpendicular to the narrow side of the guide, in which there is a bolt-retainer of the first detachable movable unit on the guide, and on the opposite side of the first detachable movable unit there is a first cylindrical hinge with a scale and an axis located perpendicular to the plane of the wide side of the guide. To first cylindrical hinge of first detachable movable unit through second cylindrical hinge of first detachable movable unit, which axis is perpendicular to first cylindrical hinge axis, a parallelepiped-shaped guide plank is attached, on which the second movable unit is located, to the lower side of which a fixator for the cone of the trial neck of the femoral component of the endoprosthesis is attached through the bracket. Additionally, third detachable movable unit is arranged at lower end of guide. In the center of the third detachable movable unit there is a through hole of rectangular shape for installation on the guide. Tube located at the center of the third detachable movable unit is attached perpendicularly to the side of the third detachable movable unit parallel to the wide side of the guide. In the tube channel there is a rod of cylindrical shape corresponding to the tube channel. Fourth detachable movable unit is located on upper end of guide. In the center of the fourth detachable movable unit there is a through hole of rectangular shape for installation on the guide. Ruler is rigidly fixed on the side parallel to the wide side of the guide perpendicular to its axis. At second cylindrical hinge of first detachable movable unit scale is additionally applied.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of fitting a femoral component of a hip joint prosthesis.
