FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for orientation of acetabular and femoral endoprosthesis components during their installation in hip replacement. Navigation system comprises a personal computer, spatial position sensors, fixed on guide for installation of an acetabular component, guide for installation of femoral component, cutter, scanning for treatment of bone-marrow canal, handle for attachment of rasp files and pinless reference matrix, configured for installation along anatomical axis of tibia, each of which comprises a MEMS-system associated with wireless connection of a personal computer, power supply, two laser emitters for determination of extremity length, fixed at first support by means of hinges with possibility of changing direction of laser beams in three-dimensional space and fixation of position of laser emitters and two laser emitters for determining distance between longitudinal axis of femoral bone and centre of femoral head, fixed at second support by means of hinges and configured for changing direction of laser beams in three-dimensional space and fixing position of said emitters.
EFFECT: technical result achieved when using invention consists in preventing additional tissue injuries and reduced duration of operation.
