SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a single-dose pharmaceutical preparation of thyroid hormones T3 and/or T4 suitable for oral administration in a ready-to-use package. Said package consists of container pre-filled with water-alcohol solution of thyroid hormone T3 and/or thyroid hormone T4. Container is a single-component plastic container of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) with nominal volume of 1 ml, compressible hand and having a Young's modulus of 10 to 200 MPa, placed in a sealed sachet consisting of a multilayer film made of materials in the following combination: polyethylene with thickness of 50 mcm (± 5–6 %), aluminium with thickness of 9 mcm (± 5–6 %) and polyester with thickness of 12 mcm (± 5–6 %); wherein said sachet package exhibits permeability with respect to oxygen and water vapour in range of 0.1 to 0.2 cm3/m2/day. Invention also discloses use of the preparation in a ready-to-use package for treating diseases associated with deficiency of the thyroid hormone T3 and/or T4.
