FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, molecular biology and biochemistry. Disclosed is a method for changing a DNA target in a Cas-expressing cell expressing a complex of colocalization with an RNA guide complementary to a DNA target which cleaves the DNA target in a site-specific manner, followed by insertion of the donor nucleic acid into the target DNA.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to perform genome editing with high efficiency and can be used in medicine.
