FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely, to production of a recombinant SSB-GS-EXO protein construct. Proposed is a method for producing a recombinant SSB-GS-EXO protein construct, involving transformation of competent cells and expression of genetic constructs therein based on a plasmid DNA, wherein 5’-3'Flap exonuclease (EXO) and SSB protein are combined by genetic engineering through a glycine-serine spacer represented by the sequence SEQ ID NO: 1.
EFFECT: invention ensures cloning of DNA molecules with an increased frequency of homologous recombination between nucleic acids in the cell.
