FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for prediction of severity of haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. That is ensured by general and biochemical examination of blood, determining: hematocrit, relative content of segmented nuclear and salad leucocytes and monocytes, concentration of creatinine and C-reactive protein. Values of functions of classification of degrees of gravity HFRS are calculated by formulas: KF1 = 21.881x1 + 5.282x2 + 0.579x3 – 2.403x4 + 2.273x5 + 2.429x6 – 859.400; KF2 = 23.638x1 + 3.502x2 + 2.715x3 – 0.572x4 + 2.812x5 + 2.344x6 – 944.734; KF3 = 32.120x1 + 3.600x2 + 2.490x3 – 4.270x4 + 4.640x5 + 3.440x6 – 1900.200, where KF1 is the value of the FGR form light classification function; KF2 – value of classification function of moderate form of HFRS; KF3 is the value of the function of classification of the HFRS severe form; x1 – hematocrit, %; x2 – relative content of segment nuclear leukocytes, %; x3 – relative odontocombular leukocyte content, %; x4 is the relative monocyte content, %; x5 – concentration of creatinine, mcMol/l; x6 – concentration of C-reactive protein, mg/l, degree of severity of HFRS, which is taken to index classification function with highest value.

EFFECT: using the given method enables predicting the severity of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, which enables optimizing the therapeutic approach of these patients.
