FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for locking and sealing of cars and containers operating on railways and other vehicles and objects where unauthorized access should be controlled. Wire rope locking members are made in form of spring locking springs fitted in cylindrical sockets of housing arranged along through chute in housing and adjoining the housing. Free ends of spiral locking springs interact with length of wire rope passed through chute. Through chute is curvilinear. Cover closes said through chute and spiral locking springs and is rolled by sides of housing, thus forming permanent joint.

EFFECT: simple design, convenience in use, low cost and high manufacturability.
