FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing pyrolysis liquid, coal and apparatus for their production from cellulose-containing material by high-speed pyrolysis using oxidant substances. Processed raw material is impregnated with aqueous solution of oxidant substance during its soaking and milling. Oxidizing agent used is potassium nitrate, sodium nitrate, ammonium nitrate, barium nitrate, strontium nitrate, barium peroxide, potassium perchlorate, lithium perchlorate, sodium perchlorate, ammonium perchlorate, potassium chlorate, barium chloride, strontium chlorate. Initiation of pyrolysis is carried out by a fire-proof cord or heat of an electrically heated element. Pyrolysis liquid and coal production plant includes a pyrolysis reactor with a liquid discharge branch pipe. In the upper part of the reactor there are elements initiating high-speed pyrolysis.
EFFECT: simultaneous production of pyrolysis liquid and coal with low power consumption and high quality of the obtained products.
