Method comprises steps of: generating encoded data by encoding in a polar code such that said encoded data comprises a plurality of system bits and a plurality of control bits; performing two-stage periodic puncturing in a plurality of system bits to obtain a first bit sequence; and performing two-stage periodic puncturing in a plurality of control bits to obtain a second bit sequence; and said first sequence of bits and the second bit sequence are sequentially recorded as bits to be transmitted.

EFFECT: technical result is improved characteristics of polar code in terms of using HARQ mode.
