SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of coding and can be used to coordinate the speed for coding. Method comprises the following steps: divide the coded bits output by the polar code coder into M groups, and perform the interleaving process of the coded bits separately for groups from 1 to M, where M is a positive integer; perform the process of bit reduction of coded bits in a plurality of groups of M groups in accordance with a size of a virtual IR module of buffer, encode the bits on which the reduction process is performed, in the first groups from groups from 1 to M, output the coded bits to the virtual IR module of buffer and discard the coded bits in the last groups from groups from1 to M; compare the number of available bits of the transmission channel with the number of coded bits in a plurality of groups stored in the virtual IR module of buffer, and perform, in accordance with the result of the comparison, the process of repeating or reducing the coded bits in the plurality of groups stored in the virtual IR module of buffer; and perform tandem processing of the coded bits to generate one bitstream and send the bitstream over the transmission channel.
EFFECT: technical result is to ensure efficient and flexible rate matching, as well as improved transmission efficiency.
