FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of polyester sulphones used as super-structural polymer materials for 3D printing. Method of producing polyester sulphones involves reacting nucleophilic substitution of a nucleophilic agent with a dihaloaromatic compound in an aprotic solvent medium in the presence of an alkaline potassium carbonate in amount of 0.06 mol, and hexachlorbenzene is added to reaction mixture in amount of 0.0001 and 0.01 mol. Nucleophilic agent used is a dihydroxy compound selected from group comprising 4,4/-dihydroxydiphenyl-2,2-dichloroethylene, or mixture 0.0125–0.025 mol 4,4/-dihydroxydiphenyl-2,2-dichloroethylene and 0.0125–0.025 mol 4,4/-dioxydiphenylpropane. Dihaloaromatic compound used is 0.025 mole 4,4/-dichlorodiphenylsulphone.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain polyester sulphones of specified length of polymer chain with good thermal and mechanical characteristics.
