FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of initiating charges of industrial explosives and is intended for initiating charges of industrial explosives using devices of non-electric initiation systems, electric detonators of various types in dry and flooded conditions, during charging of horizontal, uprising wells or bore pits at open and underground mining operations. Intermediate detonator, according to the first embodiment, comprises cylindrical housing with initiation facilities and explosive substance (ES), which is closed from ends with retainer and cover. In the centre of the end of the cylindrical housing there is a capsule seat for the detonating cap of the device of the non-electric initiation system or the electric detonator and a groove for placing the shock-wave tube (SWT) or wires, connected to the slot of the outer retainer of the SWT or wires, which is located outside along the cylindrical housing. Holder represents a hollow cylinder closed on one side with flat or conical bottom, and on opposite side at an angle to its axis there are elastic lobes in amount of not less than three. Lock body has a groove for external retainer SWT. Cylindrical housing, cover and retainer are made of thermoplastic material. Intermediate detonator, according to the second embodiment, comprises cylindrical housing with initiation and explosive devices, which is closed from ends with retainer and cover. In the center of cylindrical case end there is a capsule seat for detonating cap of non-electric initiation system or electric detonator and slot for arrangement of SWT or wires. Holder represents a hollow cylinder closed on one side with flat or conical bottom, and on opposite side at an angle to its axis there are elastic lobes in amount of not less than three. In the retainer body and ledge located in the end face along the housing axis on the side of the resilient tabs location there is a groove for the SWT or wires placement, the cylindrical housing, the cover and the retainer are made of thermoplastic material, for example, polyethylene.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of reliability and efficiency of industrial explosive initiation with an intermediate detonator, expansion of its application area, improvement of technological effectiveness, safety and quality of blasting operations.
