SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring medical equipment. Proposed is a system for monitoring physical exercise using a mobile telephone connected by wireless communication with an Internet server via a network. The system comprises an apparatus for tracking physiological data measured during the exercise; the telephone has access to the global network and is configured to display information and images via an Internet connection, wherein the telephone comprises a sensor, a keyboard, voice processing hardware for user input, a digital camera, a GPS apparatus and a display for images including photographs and video clips captured by the camera. The telephone is configured to receive physiological data and is also configured to assess the quantitative amount of physical work. According to the method, data is received from the physiological apparatus; the data on measuring the quantitative amount of performed physical work is received; images are received; both types of data and images are displayed on the telephone, the telephone transmits the data and images to a second mobile Internet apparatus so as to provide a possibility to display the data sent from the mobile telephone by the second mobile apparatus. The physiological tracking apparatus and the physical exercise tracking apparatus are located on the second mobile Internet apparatus.

EFFECT: expanded operational possibilities to provide a wide range of interactive communication with the patient.
