Method comprises generating a request by a client device to read, write, transmit or recode terms of a medical record, receiving and processing a request by a server, during which the server verifies the authenticity of the medical record by checking the match of the data authentication code, checking compliance of medical record field values with corresponding medical record reference template field values, checking compliance of values of scales or dimensions of medical record fields with corresponding values of scales or dimensions of reference template of medical record, medical record data invariance check by means of data authentication code comparison, checking the timeliness of the medical record by comparing the time stamp indicated in the mark for creating the medical record with the planned time range for creating the medical record, checking the medical record consistency by comparing the serial number specified in the medical record matching label with the serial numbers of other medical records, checking the completeness of the medical record using the corresponding reference medical record template, checking the compliance of the field types of the obtained medical record with the corresponding fields of the corresponding reference template of the medical record, checking compliance of medical record field term with verified terms using verified terms search services and compliance of term class with specified type of medical record field, generation of messages on detected discrepancies as a result of performance of the above checks.
