SUBSTANCE: control valve (1) comprising housing (2) having inlet opening (3) and outlet hole (4) for passage of fluid medium, gate (6) located inside housing (2) between inlet and outlet holes (3, 4), regeneration means (5) intended for transfer of kinetic and / or potential energy extracted from fluid medium beyond housing (2) and containing rotating element (7) located inside housing (2) downstream of gate (6) and made with possibility of rotation by fluid medium. Rotating element (7) has a tubular and cylindrical structure and has outer wall (7a) and central part (7b) concentric with outer wall (7a), between which inner area (7c) is defined, along which the fluid can pass. Valve body (2) has a substantially tubular and cylindrical shape, and gate (6) is located inside valve body (2) between inlet and outlet openings (3, 4).
EFFECT: gate (6) is intended for directing fluid medium to regeneration facilities (5) and providing valve (1) transition into closed configuration.
