FIELD: printed circuits.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a printed circuit board system and to a method of mounting an article on a motherboard substantially perpendicular thereto. System comprises mother board (100) having elongated groove (102) made through, and article (128) has connection part (130) made with possibility of being inserted into elongated groove (102). Connecting part (130) is made so that article (128) can be fixed substantially perpendicular to mother board (100). Elongated slot comprises wedge-shaped projection (104) with at least one inclined surface, and connecting part (130) comprises spring part (132), configured to interact when connection part (130) is inserted into elongated groove (102). There is a force pressing connecting part (130) to at least one side wall of elongated groove (128).
EFFECT: simple, cheap and reliable method of assembling a printed circuit board system.
