FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: surgical instrument comprises an end effector with first branch and a second element branch. Second element branch can move from an open position to a closed position. End effector comprises starting bar which is located so as to provide activation by translational movement in end effector, when first and second element branches are located in closed position. Surgical instrument comprises a drive, a locking trigger mechanism and a control circuit. Drive is mechanically connected with a trigger bar. Locking trigger mechanism is mechanically connected to end effector so that activation of locking trigger causes pivot of second element branch in direction of first branch. Control circuit comprises a starter switch, fixing switch, locking device and a sensor of stroke limitation.
EFFECT: surgical instrument has feedback with surgeon.
