FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to electric accumulator (20) as secondary storage device (22) having anode (28) containing aluminum and indium, and cathode (38), which includes electroactive layer (42) with grate of base (44) having active conducting system. Impurity (48) containing aluminum is connected and intercalated in base grid (44). Cellulose membrane (34) is wetted by non-aqueous electrolyte (24) containing glycerol and first ions (26) containing aluminum and having a positive charge, and second ions (27) containing aluminum and having a negative charge and located between anode (28) and cathode (38). Also disclosed is a method of designing secondary storage device (22), comprising steps of producing electrolyte (24), anode (28) and cathode (38), which includes alloying impurity (48).

EFFECT: high density of battery power is technical result of invention.
