FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the construction of long-span cable-stayed bridges. In the cable-stayed bridge, which comprises a stiffness beam made of concrete, pylons and a guys, in the stiffness beam there are connecting means made in the form of prestressed cables. Bridge is equipped with supports located between pylons at span distance, and stiffening beam is made in the form of elongated tunnel sections, length of which is equal to span length of bridge. Opposite ends of adjacent tunnel sections are connected by means of prestressed cables so that longitudinal axes of all tunnel sections are aligned in longitudinal direction, and cables are located in walls of tunnel sections along their longitudinal axis, wherein the length of each cable exceeds the length of the corresponding tunnel section, and the ends of each cable are located in adjacent sections. Guys are attached to the tunnel section from its outer side along the entire width of the tunnel section. Tunnel sections have cavity inside.

EFFECT: higher strength, stiffness and load-bearing capacity of the structure, which makes it possible to create very large tunnel concrete bridges.
