FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to an accelerator controlled subcritical reactor. Claimed invention includes a system with a much more efficient thorium cycle in one configuration, more energy-efficient system for reducing nuclear waste, controlled by the system accelerator for other elements - candidates for reproduction and division, that can be used for synthesis systems (for replacing the division block in the proposed class and the category of systems) in such a way, that probably the lower of the breakeven point for such systems.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of conversion of optical power to electrical power and optimization of power distribution in the reactor.
