FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, specifically to the field of additive technologies used for the manufacture of implants, preferably from titanium alloys. Medical implant is described, having a porous structure that contains a set of spheres interconnected along the boundaries of contact. Each sphere has a cavity that does not communicate with the atmosphere. Cavities are spherical. Centers of the spheres and the centers of the cavities coincide. Porous structure is made of titanium or titanium alloy.
EFFECT: design of the porous structure for medical implants improves the elastic characteristics of implants due to the possibility of additional optimization of porosity.
