FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for use in making, using additive technologies, implants preferably of titanium alloys. Implant having a cellular structure is performed. Mesh structure of the implant is made in the form of a volumetric grid with arrangement of nodes on the surface of spatial figures connected by jumpers. At the same time spatial figures are hollow cylinders having wall thickness, and bridges are zones of contact of hollow cylinders on their external surface, hollow cylinders are arranged in rows, at that in two adjacent rows axes of hollow cylinders are orthogonal to each other. Contact zones are contact points or extend to wall thickness of hollow cylinders or to part of walls thickness of hollow cylinders. Axes of hollow cylinders located in one row coincide with axes of cylinders of the same row located after adjacent row. Axes of hollow cylinders located in one row can be displaced relative to axes of cylinders of the same row located after adjacent row by half of distance between hollow cylinders. Cellular structure is made of titanium or titanium alloy.

EFFECT: method of implant implementation due to provision of transverse stability and reduction of stiffness level allows improving elastic characteristics of cellular structure of implants.
