SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composite panel with a cellular thermosetting matrix, a method of making said panel and a structure for coating a wall formed by joining said panels. Claimed panel with cellular thermosetting matrix (9), wherein panel contains at least one substrate (1), which contains non-woven short basalt fibers (2a, 3a, 4a, 5a) and impregnated with said matrix, is made such that said at least one substrate comprises several nonwoven elements (2, 3, 4, 5) superimposed on overlapping thickness (e), wherein each of said non-woven elements comprises said short basalt fibers and is needle-punched in said thickness without addition of thermoplastic fibers.
EFFECT: providing heat insulation of the wall with respect to cryogenic fluids, fire protection and / or tightness with respect to said fluids.
