SUBSTANCE: group of inventions related to treatment of gaseous and liquid media. Treatment device is adapted for destruction of microorganisms in a gaseous or liquid medium, which is to be treated, and comprises treatment material placed in a chamber, having an internal hollow structure. Chamber accommodates the flow of the medium through the internal hollow structure. Internal hollow structure has internal cutting edges adapted for destruction of microorganisms through mechanical contact of microorganisms with cutting edges of the hollow structure. Also disclosed is a treatment apparatus and a method for treating a gaseous or liquid medium.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides high efficiency of treatment, that does not require additional treatment, and is also simpler.
