SUBSTANCE: staple comprises: a base comprising a proximal portion, a distal portion and an intermediate portion, wherein the intermediate portion has a flat surface in contact with the tissue and an inclined expulsion surface; a first leg extending from the base; a second leg extending from the base, wherein the base, the first leg and the second leg form a one-piece seamless element. At that, inclined ejection surface is inclined downwards in direction of distal portion and wherein inclined ejection surface passes through surgical bracket middle line, where the middle line is formed between the first leg and the second leg and divides in two the surgical bracket and passes through the centre of mass of the surgical bracket.
EFFECT: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to surgical staples.
