SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to double clutch. Double clutch with damper of torsional oscillations comprises housing (9), packs of friction discs (3, 5) and (4, 6) of different size, damper of torsional oscillations (7), pendulum antivibrator (8), hydraulic cylinders with pistons (36 and 42) of different diameter. Discs are located concentrically between each other and with damper (7) of torsional oscillations. Housing (9) has side wall (11), on which pendulum antivibrator (8) is installed. On wall (11) there is rim (16) surrounding piston (36) located opposite the package of friction discs (3 and 5). Damper (7) comprises arc springs (23) arranged between covers (18) and (26) having spline connection with disc (29) of drive shaft (30) of coupling and with rim (16).

EFFECT: higher maintainability.
